On the 3rd floor, without an elevator 💪, the small studio consists of a bright living room with a large wall closet, a small table and 2 chairs, a kitchenette and a shower room with toilet🚽.

Equipped for 2 people (1 convertible sofa in 160x200 + 1 single convertible bed), the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.

🍽️ Functional kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals (stove, microwave, refrigerator, plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils).

The cleaning is done by a professional before your arrival to guarantee you a pleasant and clean accommodation🧼.

Arrival procedure: pick up the keys from our concierge service 🛎️ which is located 400m from the accommodation (next to the Parking du Môle).

🚘 Free parking in the street as well as in the Parking du Môle which is located 500m from the accommodation.

🚘 Paid parking from April to October at the Parking des Cévennes which is 125m from the accommodation.
